Some of my earliest—and in my opinion, most original—pieces were made with spacerbars. But they never really sold, and I didn't pursue the concept. However I have (because I simply can't bear to throw anything out) hundred of sterling spacerbars in the back of a findings drawer, and I decided to dig them back out again: a little different look than simply gallery wrapping a lampwork bead onto the bracelet.
On your left, the charm made for the guild colors bracelet. In the middle, I matched the olive and coral swirl (one of my favest color combos) by someone else center right with with beads that striped with intense black, a la Rita Stucke (center left); and on the right, something for somebody who likes blue: two minis and a small abstract.
