I documented this series on the theory my various screwups might be of mild interest to someone. It's easier to write about problems anyway, cuz then you have a starting point (the problem), a middle (why it happened) and an end (how to prevent it). Hearing about something that went off perfectly is kinda boring, anyway.

Besides, I wanted to figure out how I screwed up, and figured this would be as good a way as any to analyze my various failures.
