I'd had the tails of this mouse completed for some time, and had originally intended to make a black and pink body for it, but kept forgetting. I finally decided done was more important than perfect—this was likely the last practice before christmas, the recipient is retiring from training after this wave, and a concussion made dropping out of the wave prudent anyway^[1] —and so selected an old curliQ antiqued with baking soda instead, adding the ‘black’ part back in with the dark pewter cap and black iron wirewrapping.
