Aaaaaaaand, the above intro was as far as I got, I suspect because the weather around the holidays rendered the roads awful, to the point that we very nearly didn't join the extended family; then I (very strongly suspect) broke my toe the day we left, and I pivoted to other stuff, no doubt intending to post this stuff for the holidays in 2023. Which obviously I didn't do.
So here we are coming up on the biennial big family get together, and I figured I oughta start catching up. Unfortunately, as it's been two years, I don't recall who ended up with these, which are not, in fact, the “official 2022” design. [1]
But they're cute nonetheless, mediocre photography notwithstanding.
[1]If I had to guess, I'd say both these and the prior spot and streak probably went to Japan—especially as they're on the small side.
