On the one hand, xmas iconography (though pale, like bulbs pushing through snow). On the other, new-growth fine lime green ribbon and and pastel flowers. I like the way the lensbaby has softened the edges of the image—it represents another level of transition, altogether appropriate, given the slow shift from winter to spring.
