This medieval inspired paper made a perfect background, I thought for musical and gold krinkle ribbons, which I accented very simply (for me) with just a silk flower, some greenery in the form of leaves & finely ripped green ribbon, and an ivory bow.

giftwrap, krinkle metallic ribbon, musical notes wire edge fabric ribbon, ripped olive green ribbon, flocked red rose, silk leaves, cream coloured bow
Because the paper was so complex, I left the decorations much plainer to show it off. And I felt that a rose and the musical notes made for a great accent for paper that evokes (at least to my mind) Chaucerian romances and medieval contradanse music:)
