I always start inktober with good intentions, and in fact I made a lot of pen and ink drawings, way more than in the past; just most of them failed to get posted. This one, from day 2, did make the cut, despite being really ugly.
But even—especially—faillures have something to teach us, and this one suggested the potential of actively using the fancy white out pen Frances got me some years ago as part of an active drawing process, as opposed to merely correcting mistakes, which is the traditional approach.
The drawing is better but the cat's face is still horrifically bad. But hey, Halloween is coming soon, so it's appropriate, not to mention this being a fridayfugly:)
