As I've mentioned before I've been attempting to clean up my florals—specifically to get crisper petals. After making a lot of beads, I'm starting to get it with what I call the crocus pattern; now I'm attempting the same thing with daisies.
assorted designer sized florals, in effetre and bullseye. Late summer and fall, 2008. Average size, perhaps 14x18mm.
In between, so as to keep from going crazy, I've also been playing with bead presses and bullseye glass. —Well, I do think I'm making progress—some of the "fuglies" above are salable. And some, like that mint green pillow on the lower left with the pretty-pink flowers, are a nice color, but oh my goodness the trailing.
Better. But not perfect. Guess it's a good thing I enjoy making ’em.
